Our typical Easter
Our Easter begins with the Palm Sunday.
We go to the Church and we receive a blessed branch and we take it at home. After this day the Holy Week starts. In this week there are many celebrations; on Thursday the Bishop blesses the oils for Baptism and Confirmation and there is the typical Washing of Feet. On Saint Friday there is the adoration of the Cross and the Via Crucis where people retrace the last day of Jesus.
On Saturday we wait Sunday : the day of Jesus Resurrection. In fact people remain at the Church until midnight. On Sunday, the most important day of this week, Christians go to Mess Easter and, after that, make the Easter lunch. Besides we children receive Easter chocolate eggs with a surprise inside. This is our Easter!!!!!

- The Czech students arrive at 13:30 at the airport. At 15:30: Arrival in Anagni
- Temple of Jupiter (Terracina), swimming lesson
- Visit to the mayor in the Town Hall. Visit of the school. Afternnon in Alatri.
- Visit to the major monuments in Rome (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Venezia square, Pantheon, Spagna square, Fontana di Trevi etc ....)
- School reharsal
- Rome: St. Peter and Vatican Museums.
- School reharsal and afternoon in Sabaudia or Sperlonga
- Naples
- school reharsal. Show
- Airport goodbye ...

In these days we are preparing the project for the twinning.
Today we talked about the gifts for our Czechs friends. 
We did the program, too (it is very beautiful and interesting  ) and we are waiting for the days to spend with our friends.
We are also preparing the theatre show with a funny script !
And of course we will have fun to do it.

EASTER
In Italian Easter means Pasqua. Easter is a feast of the Christian liturgical calendar. It celebrates the resurrection of Jesus, that, according to the Scriptures, would take place on the third day after His death on the cross. The crucifixion of Jesus , with the subsequent death on the cross, is the final event of the earthly life of Jesus.
This event, together with the resurrection from the dead after three days, is considered by Christians the highest point of human history and the history of salvation.
The feast of the Christian Easter has not a precise date but varies: it changes from year to year. It is on the first Sunday following the full moon after the equinox (21 of March). So, in the Catholic Church, the date of Easter can be between the 22nd of March and 25th of April. This year Easter is on the 4th of April.
